Preparation
Duplicate your tubes, mask and image. Close the originals and minimize the copies for now.

1- Open a new transparent image of 800 by 650 pixels
2- Set your material palette with two colours out of your main tube
My choice : Foreground : light colour fae4da 
Background : dark colour 462c1f 
3- Flood fill your transparent layer with your foreground colour
4- Add a new raster layer and select all
5- Open the background JHanna_120bground or a background of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer
Select none
6- In order to create a Halloween atmosphere, I have set the mode of that layer to Multiply and I have duplicated that layer three times,
( I have 4 identical layers of my background ! )
According to your choice of background and colours, you'll have to see what mode is best for you
7- Layers / merge all
8- Effects / plugins / Filters Unlimited 2.0 / Lens flares / Flare 03 / 191
9- Add a new raster layer and flood fill it with your background colour
10- Layers / new mask layer / from image / choose Masque321 / check Source Luminance
Adjust / sharpness / sharpen more
Merge group
11-Set the mode of that layer to Screen or another mode of your choice
12- Open the tube Lady15 or a tube of your choice to be your ghost , copy it and paste it as a new layer
I have resized my tube at 90 % so that it isn't bigger than the center of my mask
Set the mode of that layer to Dodge and lower its opacity ( 30 for mei )
13- Open the tube Kikirou1023_lostfish or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer

Place that tube in the bottom right hand side of your tag
14- Effects /3d effects / drop shadow / 4, 4, 50, 20, black
15- Add a new raster layer
Set your material palette with two colours you wish to use to write your text
I have put the colour e38d6b in my foreground 
and black in my background
16- Activate your text tool, set as below and write your text with the font Shake that Booty or a font of your choice
You can add a drop shadow to it if you wish
17- Activate the layer where your main tube is
Open the tube Chaine 1, copy it and paste it as a new layer
Place your chain above the first letter of your title as shown on my tag
18- Layer / duplicate
Image / mirror
Place that second piece of chain above the last letter of your title
19- Layers / merge down
You can add a drop shadow to it if you wish
20- Open the tube spider or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer
Place that tube as shown on my tag or to your liking
21- Make sure everything is in the right place
Image / add some symmetrical borders of 1 pixel with a colour of your choice ( I have chosen black )
Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with a colour of your choice ( I have chosen white )
22- Layers / Promote Background layer
23- Image / resize at 90% ( Resize all the layers NOT checked )
24-Effects / Plugins / Alien skin Eye candy 5/ Impact / Perspective shadow / drop shadow blurr
25- Add a new raster layer
Layers / arrange / move down
26- Flood fill that layer with a colour of your choice which will match your tag once the flare effect has been applied
I have chosen Black
27- Effects / plugins / Filters Unlimited 2.0 / Lens flares / Flare 10/ 114
It's up to you to choose the right flare and the settings which suit you
You may use another effect on that layer if you prefer !
28- Add a new raster layer and apply your signature
29- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 1 or 2 pixels with a colour of your choice ( I have chosen black )
30- Save your work as a jpeg file and resize if necessary
