Preparation

To be on the safe side, duplicate your tubes and image in your Psp :
- Window / Duplicate
- Close the originals and work with the copies !

- Place the Pspbrush andPspscript files in the brush folder of your Psp files.

- Open the font outside your Psp if you have Windows Xp or place it in the Font folder of Windows if you have Win7.

Tutorial made with PSP XIII

1 - Open a new transparent image of 850 by 700 pixels

2 - Set your colour palette with two colours out of your main tube.

My choice : Foreground : Light colour aa98f4

Background : Dark colour 21317d

- Set your foreground with a sunburst gradient as shown below :

   

3 - Flood fill your transparent image with your foreground gradient.

4- Effects / Plugins / Filters Unlimited 2.0 / Paper textures / Canvas fine default.

5- ADD A NEW RASTER LAYER.

- Selections / Select all.

6- Open the image "JHanna_171_Bground" in your Psp and copy it.

7- Paste it into the selection of your new layer.

- Deselect all.

8- In the layers palette, I have set the mode of  that layer on to Overlay.

9-ADD A NEW RASTER LAYER.

- Take the gradient off your foreground so you can see your light colour now.

10- Activate the brush "volute" and set it as below :

- Apply that brush in the middle of the tag on your new layer,

with your foreground colour unless you prefer to use another colour.

- If your Psp doesn't accept big size brushes, you can use the layer on which I have applied the brush,

copy it and paste it as a new layer (That layer is included in my zip).

11- In the layers palette, I have set the mode of  that layer on to Multiply.

12- Open the tube "text_my_friend" or a similar tube of your choice and copy it.

13- Paste it as a new layer on to your tag.

- Place it on the left hand side of your tag like me.

- In the layers palette, I have set the mode of  that layer on to Soft light. 

14- Open the tube "deco_fleurs" or a tube of your choice in your Psp and copy it.

15- Paste it as a new layer on to your tag.

- Place it on the left hand side of your tag, below the text, like me.

- In the layers palette, I have set the mode of  that layer on to Overlay and lowered its opacity at 75.

16- Open the tube "vase chaussure"or a tube of your choice in your Psp and copy it.

17- Paste it as a new layer on to your tag.

- I have resized that tube at 80% (Resize all the layers NOT ticked).

- Place the tube in the center of your tag.

18- Effects / 3d effects  / drop shadow of your choice / 4, 4, 60, 20, black for me.

19- We are now going to write a small message, vertically, on the right hand side of your main tube.

- Put your dark colour in your foreground and shut your background as shown below :

- Activate your text tool and set it as shown below with a font of your choice.

-The size of the font and the kerning which allows you to contract or expand the space between letters, depend on the font you have chosen.

- I have chosen the font Gill sans Ultra Bold, size 36 pixels, kerning at - 250.

- Write down your text.

20- Effects / 3d effects  / drop shadow of your choice / 0, 3, 100, 2, WHITE for me.

21- Open the tube " braidedribbons1-sandi" in your Psp and copy the layer where the braided ribbon colour matches your colours.

- I have chosen the ribbon on Raster 1 of the tube.

22- Paste it as a new layer on to your tag.

23- Image / free rotate as below :

- Place that ribbon on the left hand side of your tag, like me.

24- Layers / Duplicate.

- Image / Mirror.

25- Apply your signature.

Make sure everything is in the right place !

26- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with your dark colour :
21317d for me.

27- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 6 pixels with a brighter shade of your dark colour :
4a6ffe for me.

28- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with your dark colour :
21317d for me.

29- Image /add some symmetrical borders of 8 pixels with a lighter shade of your dark colour :
5788ff for me.

30- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with your dark colour :
21317d for me.

31 - Save your work as a jpeg file.
