Preparation
- Duplicate your tubes. Close the originals and minimize the copies for now.
Export your brushes in your Psp as custom brushes
- Place the mask in your mask folder

You can use my arrow to follow your work

1- Open a transparent image of 800 by 650 pixels
2- Set your colour palette with two colours matching your main tube
My choice : Foreground : light colour fdecbb 
Background : Dark colour ca765a 
Set your foreground with a linear gradient as below :
3- Flood fill your transparent layer with your gradient
4- Add a new raster layer and flood fill in with white
5- Layers / load a mask from disk / choose the mask "sg-dottywaves" as below :
Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen more
Layers / merge group
Set the mode of that layer to Dodge and lower its opacity to 20 (it's up to you to see what suits your tag ! )
6- Add a new raster layer and invert your colours as below
7- Selections / load from disk / choose "selection_nancy_fairymist" / check Source Luminance and Replace the selection
8- Flood fill that selection with your new gradient ( step 6)
Select none
9- Effects /distortion effects / waves as below :
10- Layers / duplicate
Image / flip
Set the mode of that duplicated layer ( the one which is on top ) on Multiply and lower its opacity to 50
11- Open the misted tube Calguismistautomne24119 or another misted tube of your choice ( scenery or other ), copy it and paste it as a new layer
I have set the mode of my scenery tube to Luminance Legacy and left its opacity at 100 but it's up to you to decide what is best for you )
As I don't merge my layers till the end , that allows me to modify the modes and opacity of my layers at any moment !!!
12- Set your colour palette as below ;
13- Add a new raster layer
Activate your brush tool set as below and apply the brush "Ron_water_23", in the middle of your tag with a left click of your mouse ( to make that brush white )
*** If your Psp doesn't accept that big brush, you may use the Psp layer included in my zip , copy it and paste it as a new layer
14- Add a new raster layer
Activate your brush tool set as below and apply the brush "Winter020" in the top left hand side of the tag with a right click ( to make the brush black )
15- Layers / duplicate
Image / Mirror
16- Open the tube JHanna_252 or a tube of your choice , copy it and paste it as a new layer
Place the tube at the right place
17- Effects / 3d effects/ drop shadow of your choice
My choice : 4, 20, 50, 20, black
18- Open the tube "text_nancy_fairymist", or a text tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer
Place the tube at the right place
I have set the mode of that layer on Multiply but you can choose another mode or colorize your text to your liking
You may prefer to write your own text on a new layer !
19- Add a new raster layer and apply your signature
20- Make sure everything is at the right place !
Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with a colour of your choice ( white for me )
21- Layers / Promote Background layer !!
22 - Image / resize at 90% ( Resize all the layers NOT checked )
23- Effects /3d effects / drop shadow / 0, 0, 100, 50, black
24- Add a new raster layer
Layers / arrange / move down
25- Flood fill that new layer with the gradient used on step 6
26- Layers / Duplicate
27- Effects / plugins / Alien Skin Eye candy 5 / Nature / Ripples / Raindrops in clean puddle with these settings
Set the mode of that layer to Luminance Legacy or to a mode which suits your tag better
28- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with a colour of your choice ( white for me )
29- Save your work as a jpeg file and resize if necessary
