To realize that tag, you'll need  the plugin :

Preparation

Duplicate your tubes. Close the originals and minimize the copies for now.

- Put the picture tube in your Psp picture tubes folder  

- Put the selection in your Psp selection folder

You can use my arrow to follow your work

1- Open a new transparent image of 800 by 650 pixels

2- Set your material palette with two colours out of your main tube

My choice : Foreground : colour 9a7a53

Background : colour 8e9d98

Set your foreground with a sunburst gradient as below :

 

3- Flood fill your transparent layer with that gradient

4- Layers / duplicate

5- Effects / plugins / XE Xtras / Elemental as below t

Click on Customize to get these settings

Choose for that layer a mode that gives a nice effect ( I have chosen Overlay, opacity 100)

6- Add a new raster layer and select all

7- Selections / modify / Contract by 40 pixels

8- Flood fill your selection in white

Select none

Lower the opacity of that layer to about 30

9- Layers / duplicate

Image / resize at 75% ( Resize all the layers NOT checked !)

10- Repeat step 9, twice

You'll get then 4 white rectangles as below :

 

11- In your layers palette, close the eyes of Raster 1 and Copie de Raster 1

- Activate Raster 2 / Layers / merge visible

- Your 4 rectangles are now on the same layer !

12- Effects /edge effects / enhance more

13- Open the eyes of Raster 1 and Copie de Raster 1

Activate copy of raster 1 as below :

14- Activate the tube "calguismistedciel5810.pspimage" or a large scenery tube ( with a nice sky ), copy it and paste it as a new layer

15- Effects / image effects / Seamless tiling default

16- Activate the top layer

Selections / select all

Selections / float

Selections / defloat

17- Add a new raster layer

Paste into the selection ( the copy of your scenery tube which is still in the computer's memory ! )

Keep selection !

18- Effects / image effects / Seamless tiling default

Select none

19- Set your material palette with two brightful colours out of your scenery tube

My choice : Foreground : White

Background : bright yellow eaa53a

Set your foreground with a linear gradient as below :

  

20-Add a new raster layer

Selections / load a selection / from disk / choose " fairymist_Lamarquise.PspSelection" /check Source Luminance d'origine and replace the selection

21- Flood fill the selection with your gradient

Select none

I have set the mode of that layer to Overlay and lowered its opacity to 75

It is up to you to see what suits you best

*** If your Psp doesn't accept my selection, there's a copy of my layer ( you may have to colorize it ! )

22- Activate the tube "B57_papillons@YOURAB7B9E1799.pspimage" or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer

I have rubbed off the candle which is on that tube with my eraser tool  

Then, I modified the colours of the tube so that it matches my tag :

Adjust / Hue and saturation / Hue , saturation , lightness as below :

I have applied that effect twice !!!!!!

It is up to you to find the colours that match your tag

23- Effects / image effects  / Seamless tiling default

24- Activate the tube "Mtm_Ma-P63-Secret- 19 Feb 2007.pspimage"or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer

I have resized my tube at 60%

Place it on the left hand side of your tag like me or to your liking

25- Effects / 3d effects / drop shadow of your choice / 0, 0, 80, 40, black for me

26- Make sure everything is in the right place

Layers / Merge all

Edit / copy ( we'll use that copy further on )

27 - Add some symmetrical borders of 1 pixel with a colour of your choice (white for me )

28- Layers / Promote Background layer

29- Image / resize at 90 °% (Resize all the layers NOT checked )

30- Add a new raster layer

Layers / arrange / move down

31- Selections / select all

Edit / paste into the selection ( the copy you did on step 26 is still in memory )

Select none

32- Adjust / Blur / gaussian blur / 10

33- Adjust / Blur / radial blur as below :

34- Add a new raster layer and apply your signature

35- Selections / select all

Selections / modify / contract by 16 pixels

36- Add a new raster layer

Flood fill your selection with the same gradient as on step 19

Selections / modify / contract by 2 pixels

Hit the delete key and select none

37- Add a new raster layer

Activate the picture tube tool, set as belox and apply the picture tube "petits papillons' or a tube of your choice

Place to your liking

I have set the mode of that layer to Exclusion and lowered its opacity to 60 ( It is up to you !)

38- Add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with a colour of your choice (white for me )

39- Save your work as a jpeg file and resize it if necessary
