Preparation
Duplicate your tubes, mask and image. Close the originals and minimize the copies for now..

To make that tag, you may use my material or choose one picture and two tubes on a theme of your choice (The theme of the harem is one particular theme among many others !!!) If you use your own image, it' ll have to be an image which is higher vertically than horizontally, otherwise, it will be deformed when you paste it in the vertical selection, later on !
1- Open a new transparent image of 800 by 650 pixels
2- Set your palette colour with two colours matching your picture and tubes
My choice : Foreground : colour 20323c 
Background : colour da6c63 
3- Flood fill your transparent layer with your background colour ( right click on your mouse)
4- Add a new raster layer
Flood fill that new layer with your foreground colour ( left click on your mouse )
5- Layers / new mask layer from image / choose "masque1 Vérocréations" / only check Source Luminance
Adjust / sharpness / sharpen more
Layers / Merge group
6- Add a new raster layer
Selections / load from disk / choose "Selection_harem_fairymist" / check Source Luminance and Replace the selection
7- Flood fill that selection with your foreground colour
8- Keep the selection !
Effects /texture effects / Blinds as below with your background colour
9- Keep selection !
Effects / 3d effects / Inner bevel as below :
Select none
10- With your magic wand, set as below, select the inside of your rectangle ( the frame)
Make sure it is the frame layer which is activated in your layers palette , as shown below !!
11- Selections / Modify / expand by 8 pixels
12- Add a new raster layer
Open the image 48-840-001 or a picture of your choice , copy it and paste it into the selection
Selections / Select none
13- Layers / arrange / move down
14- Activate now, the layer which is on top of the pile !
Add a new raster layer
Selections / load from disk / choose "Selection_2_harem_fairymist" / check Source Luminance and Replace the selection
Open the tube Oriental door from Kikirou or a tube of your choice ( or another picture or a text ! ), copy it and paste it into the selection
Select none
15- I have set the mode of that layer to Dodge and lowered its opacity to 75
I have, then, duplicated that layer
It's up to you to see what is best for your tube !
16- Open the tube "forme_harem_creationfairymist", copy it and paste it as a new layer
You may colorize that tube so its colour looks nice in your tag
( Adjust / Hue and saturation / colorize )
17- Effects / image effects / offset as below
If your tube is a person sitting ( not lying down like mine)you may suppress parts of my "forme" ( the hammock) using your rubber as shown below !
18- Make sure now that everything is in its place!
Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with your background colour
19- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 50 pixels with your foreground colour
20- Add a new raster layer and leave your colour palette as it is on step 2
Activate your text tool, set as below and write the letter x thirteen times in order to get a decorative band as seen on my tag
You may use another style according to the theme chosen for your tag
21- Place that decorative band against the top border of your tag
Effects / 3d effects / drop shadow / 1, 1, 70, 1, black
Select none
22- Layers / duplicate
Image / flip
23- Layers / duplicate
Image / Free Rotation / 90° on the right
Place that decorative band against the left border of your tag
24- Layers / duplicate
Image / Mirror
25- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with your background colour
26- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with your foreground colour
27- Open the tube" by_stirner_wantknowme" or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer
Place your tube on the hammock
28- Effects /3d effects / drop shadow / 4, 4, 30, 20, black
29- Add a new raster layer and apply your signature
It is up to you to add a title or other elements of decoration
30- Layers / Merge all
31- Save your work as a jpeg file and resize the tag if necessary
