To realize that tag, you'll need
- the plugin Flaming pear ( Flexify 2) here
and the material zip down below :

Preparation
Duplicate your tubes.Close the originals and minimize the copies for now.
- Export your brush in your Psp as a custom brush
- Place the selection in your Selections folder
- Placer votre texture dans votre dossier Textures

You can use my arrow to follow your work

1- Open a transparent image of 800 by 650 pixels
2- Set your colour palette with two colours of your choice
My choice : Foreground : light colour FFD05E 
Background : dark colour 7E421D 
- Set your foreground with a sunburst gradient as below :
3- Flood fill your transparent layer with your gradient
4- Adjust / Blur / gaussian blur / 25
5- Layers / duplicate
6- Effects / plugins / Flaming pear / Flexify 2 as below :
Edit / Cut the cercle that you've just done ( Your layer will be transparent ! )
7- Selections / load a selection / from disk / choose "selection_golden_sphere_fairymist" / check Source Luminance and Replace the selection
8- Edit / paste into the selection ( your copied cercle ). Keep selection !
9- Set the mode of that layer to Dodge and lower its opacity so it isn't too bright (I have set its opacity to 28 )
10- Layers / duplicate
11- Selections / Invert
Repeat step 6
12- Selections / Invert again
Hit the delete key of your keyboard
13- Selections / invert once more !! Keep the selection !
Activate your bottom layer in your layer palette ( raster 1)
Add a new raster layer
14- Set your background as shown underneath with the texture Leaves ( Corel_08_022)
Flood fill your selection with this texture (right click )
Select none, now !!!
Set the mode of that layer to Multiply; I have lowered its opacity to 85
15- Activate the layer on which your circle is ( copy of raster 1)
Effects / edge effects / enhance more
16- Activate now your top layer ( copy of circle )
Effects / edge effects / enhance more
17- Effects /distortion effects / Polar Coordonates / Polar to rectangular
18- Add a new raster layer
Activate your brush tool, set as below, and apply the brush "fantastic_17" or a similar brush of your choice, in the center of your tag, with a dark colour ( I have chosen black )
Place the brush as shown on my tag
If your Psp doesn't accept my big brush you can use the layer that is in my zip !
19- Open the tube "JHanna_90..." or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer
I did : Image / mirror on my tube
Place that tube in the bottom right hand side corner of your tag
20- Effects / effects 3d / drop shadow of your choice
My choice : 0, 0, 40, 20, black
21- Open the tube "Katussia_ksa012_13.."or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer
Place that tube in the bottom left hand side corner of your tag
22- Apply the same drop shadow as on step 20
23- Open the tube "Thiara13~schwebfliege2_b"or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer
Place at the right place !
The smaller tube I have put in the zip has already got a drop shadow, it will be up to you to add a drop shadow on your own tube !
24- Open the tube "butterfly16b.."or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer
Place at the right place !
The " modified" tube I have put in the zip has already got a drop shadow, it will be up to you to add a drop shadow on your own tube !
25- Open my tube"titre_golden_sphere_fairymist" or a text tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer; you may prefer to use a brush of your own or write out your own title on a new layer ! ( I chose that title because my tag was all in golden colours )
Place at the right place !
My title has already got a drop shadow; put your own drop shadow if your draw or write your title
26- Open my tube " stars_golden_sphere_fairymist"or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer
Move that layer on your tag as it suits you
You can make your own stars of course ( on one or several layers !)!
27- Add a new raster layer and apply your signature
28- Make sure everything is in place
29- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 1 pixel with a light colour ( white for me )
Image / add some symmetrical borders of 10 pixels with a dark colour ( black for me )
Image / add some symmetrical borders of 1 pixel with a light colour ( white for me )
Image / add some symmetrical borders of 20 pixels with a dark colour ( black for me )
30- Save your work as a jpeg file and resize it if necessary
