Preparation
Duplicate your tubes; close the originals and minimize the copies for now. Place the selection in your selections file. Export your brushes in your psp as custom brushes

You can use my arrow to follow your work

1- Open a new transparent image of 800 by 650 pixels
2- Set your material palette with two colours out of your main tube
My choice : Foreground : colour : C68CBE 
Background : colour : F76921 
Prepare in your foreground a linear gradient , angle and repeats at 0, Invert NOT checked
3- Flood fill your layer with your gradient
4- Duplicate that layer twice
5- Activate your layer raster 1, the bottom layer
Effects / Plugins / VM distortion /Center mirror / 8, 128
6- Effects / Plugins / Graphic plus / Cross shadow default
7-Effects / Plugins / Deformation / Onde as below :
7- Activate the layer which is above , copy of raster 1
Effects / Plugins / VM distortion / broken mirror as below :
8- Set the mode of that layer to Multiply and lower the opacity at 85
9- Activate the layer which is above, copy (2) on raster 1
Effects / Plugins / VM distortion / Circulator as below :
Set the mode of that layer to Multiply
10- Effects / edge effects / enhance
11- Open the scenery tube Calguismisted3039 or a tube of your choice ( a big size misted tube ! ), copy it and paste it as a new layer
Set the mode of that layer to Overlay
Place the tube to your liking
12- Add a new raster layer
Activate the tool brush set as below and apply the brush Winter Brushes plants 8 by coby with your foreground colour ( not the gradient !). Place it as on my tag
13- Effects / Plugins / Mura's seamless / Emboss at alpha default
Set the mode of that layer to Hard light
14- Add a new raster layer
Apply again that brush in the bottom left corner of your tag with a colour that goes with your background, ( I have chosen the yellow fcb 331)
Repeat point 13
15- Add a new raster layer
Apply the brush roman brush 9_1 or a brush of your choice with a colour of your choice in the bottom of your tag (same settings of your brush tool as on point 12 but size of your brush on 800 )
( I have chosen the colour c582d2 
)
If you can't export the brush included in the zip, you may use the tube Voile
16- Layers / duplicate
Image / mirror
Move that layer to the right so it doesn't cover the previous layer
17- Add a new raster layer
Apply the brush perle (same settings as on point 12 but size at 24 ) right in the center of your tag
18- Effects / Plugins / Mura meister / copies / Star cluster as below :
Set the mode of that layer to Dodge
19- Add a new raster layer
Selections / load from disk / fairymiststar / check Source luminance and replace the selection
Flood fill your selection with a colour of your choice ( I have used the same colour as on point 14 )
Selections / select none
20- Effects / Plugins / Mura meister / copies / Star cluster as on point 18
Set the mode of the layer to Dodge and lower the opacity of the layer to your liking ( 70 for me )
21- Layers / duplicate
Image / mirror
22- With your eraser tool set as below, rub off the stars which are in the center of your tag
23- Open the tube titre_cosmos_fairymist, copy it and paste it as a new layer
You can write your own text using the vectorial circle which is in the zip
I have used the fonts Alien encounter , size 80
Set the mode of your layer to Overlay
24- Open the tube JHanna_162 or a tube of your choice , copy it and paste it as a new layer
Resize that tube at 90 %
Place it to your liking
25- Effects /3d effects / drop shadow / 4, 20, 50, 5, black
26- Add a new raster layer and apply your signature
27- Make sure everything is in its place
Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with a light colour out of your background ( f4e9e3 for me )
28- Layers / Promote Background layer
29- Image / resize at 90% ( Resize all the layers NOT checked )
30 - Effects / Alien skin Eye candy 5/ Impact / Perspective shadow / drop shadow blurry
31- Add a new raster layer
Layers / arrange / move down
32- Set your foreground with a linear gradient, angle 45, repeats 0, Invert checked with colours of your choice
For me : Yellow ffb240 in my foreground
and purple 8d489a for the background
Flood fill your layer with that gradient
33- Open the tube fairymist_cercle_cosmos, copy it and paste it as a new layer
34- Effects / image effects / seamless tiling default
Set the mode of that layer to Overlay
35- Layers / Merge down
36- Effects / plugins / VM extravaganza / transmission / 4, 0, 33
37- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with a light colour out of your background ( f4e9e3 for me )
38- Save your work as a jpeg file and resize it if necessary
