1- Open a new transparent image of 800 by 650 pixels
2- Set your material palette with two colours out of your main tube
My choice : Foreground : colour 808080
Background : colour f3d8b9
3- Flood fill your transparent layer with your foreground colour
4- Add a new raster layer
Put now in your foreground another colour out of your main tube
I have chosen the colour 9bfafa
Set your foreground with a sunburst gradient ,repeats 2
5- Flood fill your new layer with that gradient
6- Effects / Plugins / Deformation / Circulator / default : 108, 65, 156, 80, 70, 155
7- Adjust / add noise / Gaussian, 30, Monochrome
8- Add a new raster layer and select all
Open the background BC snowflakes paper or a background of your choice, copy it and paste it into the selection
Select none
9-Set the mode of that layer to Luminance Legacy and lower its opacity to about 40
10- Open the tube Calguisflower 13128 or a decorative tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer
I have resized the tube at 75 %
Place that tube on the right hand side of your tag
Set the mode of that layer to Luminance (Legacy) and lower the opacity to about 70
11- Open the tube étoiles, copy it and paste it as a new layer
Set the mode of that layer to Dodge and lower the opacity to your liking ( I have lowered it to 55)
12- Open the tube KTs_Coraline_element_28, or a decorative tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer
I have resized my tube at 25%
Place that tube in the top left hand side of your tag
Set the mode of that layer to Dodge and lower its opacity ( 23 for me)
13- Open the tube Kikirou914-girl or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer

14- Effects / 3d effects/ drop shadow / 0, 0, 40, 20, noir ; you may use another drop shadow if you wish
15- Open the tube KTs_Coraline_element (coeurs et papillons)or a decorative tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer
I have resized my tube at 25 %
I have colorized it so its colour matches my main tube ( 23, 80 )
Place that tube to your liking
16- Effects / 3d effects / drop shadow / 4, 4, 50, 20, black or a shadow of your choice
17- Open the tube papillons that I have done with the previous tube ( using my freehand selection tool !) or a tube of your choice, copy it and paste it as a new layer
Place it to your liking
18- If you wish to add a title to your tag, open my cercle_vectoriel_fairymist, that I have done with my ellipse symmetric shape tool ,copy it and paste it as a new layer
With your text tool, set as below, write ( on your circle ) a text of your choice (I have written APPARITION in capital letters with white in my foreground and my background closed, - Police Calibri, size 72

I have set the mode of that layer to Exclusion and lowered the opacity to 20
It's up to you to find what looks nicer on your tag
19- Now, you can delete the layer where your cercle is !
Drag the layer with your text underneath the layer where your main tube is, so your text doesn't cover a part of your main tube !
20- Make sure everything is in the right place
Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with a colour of your choice ( I have chosen white )
21- Layers / Promote Background layer
22- Image / resize at 90% ( Resize all the layers NOT checked )

Prepare, on your foreground a sunburst gradient similar to the one in step 4
25- Add a new raster layer and flood fill it with that gradient
26- Layers / arrange / Move down
27- Adjust / add noise / Gaussian, 30, Monochrome
28- Open my tube effets _ lumiere_fairymist, copy it and paste it as a new layer
You can play with the opacity of your layer to find what suits you better
